Robert W. Crumpacker, M.D.
Dr. Crumpacker was born in Rochester, Minnesota and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado University in Boulder, Colorado. He did work on a Master's Degree in English Literature at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and briefly taught English in Appleton, Wisconsin. Changing his professional direction, Dr. Crumpacker then attended medical school at the University of Kansas graduating in 1968. After a year of internship at Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, he did his Neurology training at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis. His Neurology residency was interrupted by two years of Army service at Darnell Army Hospital in Kileen, Texas, where Dr. Crumpacker served as Chief of Neurology. After completing his Neurology training in Minneapolis in 1975, he then settled in Portland, Oregon and has lived there since. Dr. Crumpacker is Board Certified in Neurology. |
